It helps to uncover and heal the underlying problems that often result in destructive behavior. Life controlling problems can be: **SUBSTANCES** (drugs/chemicals, food, eating disorders, alcohol), **BEHAVIORS** (gambling, compulsive spending, pornography, sexual addictions, love of money, working excessively) **AND RELATIONSHIPS**.
